Moll is a an extremely short erotic story. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete. You chat to a hooker and take her to a motel where she gives you a blowjob and you have missionary sex. There are 19 videos and 2 images in total and you can't really miss anything of importance. All the images and videos are AI generated.

For now, it's portrait only, optimised for mobile. All assets are 2:3.

It's a demo, not a full game, a test project I created with some other tools I've been working on.

I've written a custom Preact-based player that parses the ink script and provides a basic GUI to continue through, view assets for each knot/stitch, and choose from one of the available choices.

On top of that, I've created a sort of Studio interface on top of ComfyUI which I use to generate images and videos, locally on my GPU. This is still unreleased as I keep iterating and dogfooding it to make it better.

Combined, you get a playable game like the one above.

My ultimate goal is to release the Studio and enable people to create their own personalised AI-generated short stories, with erotica and NTR and the "good stuff" enabled/encouraged.

For Moll I deliberately chose as generic and simple a scenario as possible. I sort of went for a slight noir aesthetic but I didn't try to make it very interesting. I wanted to put the tools through their paces and see if they work end to end.

I'm planning to keep creating short stories, while making it more interesting with each iteration. My favourite games are all RPGs or Immersive Sims, like Deus Ex or Disco Elysium. I have lots of ideas, and I'd like to tackle a new one in each new game.

At some point these might combine into a bigger and more ambitious full game.

If you read this entire description, and played through, please leave a comment, even if it's to say "this is shit." I'm really curious if people are interested in this sort of thing. And feel free to leave ideas of scenes you'd like, I am open to suggestions.

Known issues:

- I couldn't get the final scene (the cumshot) generating well in video, so you just get a static image. It's an underwhelming ending. I'm sure it's solvable with a LoRA or something, but I just wanted to wrap things up and ship it

- There's no sound yet of any kind. I do have a good workflow to generate pretty good moans but I decided not to use it this time

- The transition between images/videos from scene to scene involves loading the asset and is highly dependant on how close you are to Itch.io's servers. You might see a short flicker, or a long wait. This is also something that can be fixed with precaching and other niceties which I plan to add in future iterations of the engine

- Some scenes don't work as well because they start in one frame and end in another, then loop on themselves. I probably need some way to specify a "view once" scene which only plays once, then leaves you on a looping scene with the same start/end frame
